Now that the new system has launched for applicants, we will be devoting time this Summer to discuss new features which are not obvious at first, but make a big difference. The first one we are highlighting is the ability for applicants to copy previously answered forms into any new applications.
A common situation we are trying to simplify is when applicants are applying to more than one program within an organization. Each program has mostly the same forms and applicants don’t want to fill them out multiple times. Now, the system recognizes if they have previously answered a form and gives them the ability to copy those answers into the new application. They can choose to accept all their previous answers or they can continue editing. Either way, the process becomes much easier for your applicants.
