SlideRoom's design makes it easy to use, but new users may benefit from an overview that helps them get started. When a new customer signs up for a SlideRoom account, we want them to have a guide that they can refer back to when needed; a guide they can download, print out, and access anywhere. With that in mind, we've created Tips for Getting Started as a New SlideRoom Administrator. If you need a PDF version of the guide, you can find it at the bottom of the link above or download it here. And as always, if you have any questions, we'd love to chat. Feel free to contact us anytime.

Applicants are often reviewed by several different people, and each reviewer may have different preferences. Some like to see their own average rating reflected back. Others want to see the overall average rating. And some people may want to see both average ratings. The customizable data grid now allows everyone to make this choice. In the past, Administrators were shown the overall average while Reviewers were shown their own average rating. This created confusion, so now both roles have the same choices. Note: If the evaluation mode is set to "private," reviewers can only see their own ratings. They will not be able to see the overall rating column.
The grid showing search results can now be customized to add/remove columns. Click the icon in the top right corner to bring up a window for making selections. The system will remember your preferences even if you log in from different computers. SlideRoom has added a few new column options for the data grid as well. These include Application ID, Category, and Reference Count. All of these columns have sortable data if included in the grid. Tags are not included because an applicant may have many tags, which is not sortable.
