Search within Archived Programs

The original concept for archiving programs was to keep them out of your way once you are finished reviewing that group of applicants. But over time we have learned that sometimes an individual applicant needs to be found from the past (easily). Before, this entailed unarchiving programs and searching through each of them, which was time consuming.

Now there is a button at the top of the Applications page to switch modes from Current Applications to Archived Applications. This button doesn’t get in the way visually during daily tasks and opens up new functionality to find specific applications belonging to archived programs.

This function is only available to Administrators by default. If you want reviewers to be able to access applicants from the past, this setting must be turned on for them: Settings>Permissions.
