Coordinating requests for reference letters is a challenging task because it involves so many different people. Over the last year, the most common enhancement request has been for greater flexibility.
The primary enhancement is the ability to fulfill a request if a letter arrives through another channel. Administrators can now upload or paste those letters directly which will mark the request as completed in the system and send confirmation notices to both the applicant and reference provider.
Other enhancements include the ability to resend the request email as a reminder, and the ability to unsubmit a completed letter. This is useful in the rare cases when reference providers submit prematurely and request to make edits to their letter. Rather than going through SlideRoom support, administrators may now directly grant this request.
